Oh and I forgot to mention,
We had our Chinese New Year Steamboat Dinner at Yaan Meng's Palace yesterday night.

I love God's People :D

Today was an insanely busy day with insane datelines, rather timelines to meet.
I almost died.

You see, we were suddenly assigned with the task around 11 to help fill in all the forms for the Secondary Ones for their CCAs.
Think 320 forms hand written by 1pm,
I almost died.
I think I can remember all the CCAs day, time and venue by heart now (:

So with that done,
I had to rush home 2ish to get my result slips and all and reach JJC by 3.
and so it was crazy rushing from Fairfield to home (I had to change two buses!)
follow by a train ride and a bus ride from home to JJC.

Super crazy,
thankfully I met Sheen on the way!
She really funny and sweeet and spastic as well,
but she's niceee (:
my first JJ friend excluding the Fairsians.

so from JJC,
I took a cab and rushed down to Thomson Plaza.
You see rehearsal starts at 2!
and I reached at 4.15, so technically I was really late.

But it was soo frustrating because there was a jam, the Uncle was driving at Snail's Pace, and the taxi fare was super ex.
Like 15$, anyone who knows an Aileen will know she NEVER spends her money like that,
much less on a stupid cab,
enough said.

Rush like mad to make up and dress up,
all those thick eyeliners and crazy gelling.
ChuQiao was really kind though (:

And then we finally reached CityHall were all the hustle and bustle of CityLife could be heard.
hahahah crazy costumes and insane head dresses.
But Chingay was fun altogether,
apart from the rain and long waiting hours before it was our turn to dance.

And I'm in desperate neeed of sleeeep,

This Is Our God

It's beeen a short Chinese New Year,
and I still want to go more places for visiting!
but my schedule is like packed to the max,

No gambling sessions this new year...
equates less income.
But anyhows I haven't beeen that lucky tooo,
I think.

Over the weekends I got a new phone,
hahaha my Blackberry lookalike
;)

and I still can't believe school's starting next weeek.
I'm not ready!!
and I cannot imagine going back to trainings after 3712389120409136489726 years,
can dieeeeee.

Chingay is in two days time,
fun?

Oh and I've beeen going back to school to help Ms Ng as well,
hahah it's quite fun actually.

And lastly, we're going to Yaan Meng's Palace tomorrow,

Before I embark on telling you my adventure under the Sun, on the Sand, near the Sea,
I shall first proclaim that I'm super wuber duper happy cos I finally got a computer.
Much thanks to WenYao.

Anyways from what came a hut became a chalet,
and from what three people came seventeen people.

Sentosa was mega fun and I'm suffering from massive aches now.
In the afternoon we played Noobies Beach Volleyball, follow by Ultimate Frisbee and a little monkey and Captains' Ball.

It was super tiring cos the sun was scorching and running on the sand made it even worst,
but it was all worth the fun, most definitely.

Later we headed down to VivoCity for dinner.
While we were heading back,
the lady was super duper kind because she let all of us take the tram for freeee!

And then came the best parts,
we started swinging like monkeys (literally) on the bars and jumping like frogs over the stands.
It was super fun and hilarious,
and also worth all the blueblacks I suffered from it.

After that we had an awesome time of worship under the stars,
it was a nice feeeling
(:

And finally the rest just chilled out on the beach,
moontanning for some,
and getting ourselves scared over the Island being haunted (I didn't say it was Salad :D)

Back to the chalet it was,
We actually managed to squeeze and find space for all of us to fit our fifteeen people into the tiny tiny rooom.

Some of us played the drinking game while the others knock out immediately.
Actually Alastair drank almost everything because we con him into it
(:

And sleeping was quite hilarious because we had heads on butts and butts on heads and feets on heads and head on legs.
You get the drift.

(I'm cutting the long story short from here because this post is tooo wordy already)

We checked out and headed down to Vivo for shopping,
then the girls decided to go down to Far East.

And finally I stayed over at Salad's,
and we slept in her new room on her new bed
:D

Today I had Fusion practice and it was funfunfun.
(:

Monday was a very silly day because I got con by Gina Tan.
You see, we were suppose to have a friendly match against Fairfield in school.

And I being really smart thought school equates to Fairfield and when I arrived in Fairfield and saw no one, it dawned on me that actually the school mean JJ.

And sooo my satisfaction of being early for once was short lived cos I had to travel all the way to JJ and was late eventually.

Tuesday was a really adventurous day because I went to 4 different places in a day.
I met the class girls and we had my favourite Adam Road Nasi Lemak for lunch

Amanda was really kind that day and she treated us to drinks!!

Afterwhich we went to Island Creamery for Mudpiess and Ice Creams!
futil attempts at teaching them how to play poker,
and I saw Graceeee! :D

Sooon we left for Kelly's place.
I caught the Notebook for the 13231273981723012 time,
and had an Organic Dinner for dinner.

hahaha and Kelly's Mom bakes really goood biscotti

I likeeeee.

and finally I went over to BaoYue's and I stayover!
We baked and coooked supper :D

Blueberry Cake for Lizhen's birthday,
and we ate a whole tin of luncheon meat and potota garlic soup with pasta for supper.

What a fulfilling night!

Wednesday (which actually is today) I went down to support the B'div's match against,
I personally felt they played quite well until the Fourth quarter when things got a little messy.

But you girls did great okay!
You've still got a whole season in front of you, so pucker up babes :D

met up with Salad, Sherlyn, LiangFu and WenYao later to help LiangFu appeal into NP.

actually I kinda fell asleep.

Yesterday was dinner at Andrew's to celebrate Tim's birthday,
fellowship with the Small Group once again (:
I've realised since the year started I've been spending alot of time with the Small Group,
and it's a nice feeeling altogether.

I'm missing Miss Liang's house tomorrow cos of Chingay Rehearsal,
but on a lighter note Chingay Rehearsal is fun tooo!

The day spent in school was fulfilling and fun altogether,

Saturday we had Chingay rehearsal!
and our costumes are like...let's just say not the best of it's kind.
But nonetheless, unique (:

and I'm in a dilemma.

Stayover and played at our Rumah Tinggi Friend's (according to our dearest Sherlyn) house.

I went for YM today :D
and I'm determined to go for every other Sundays!

Went out with Charlene and Swinggg after church,
well personally I found it was quality time spent cos I found out many things I never knew,
and it was a warm feeling all together.

Met Wenyao and Sherlyn later for dinner.
We went window shopping and later we chilled out at Haagen Daz over a pint of my Favourite Icecream.

I bought a new earring rack today!
it's really pretty.
and Sherlyn got me a pair of Havaianas for Christmas,
she's such a sweeet thing (:

Happy New Year everybody (:

The past week has been great,
with all the Christmas dinners, Farewell, Year End and New Year parties.
and maybe less than 15 hours of sleeep for the last 4 days.

Annual Christmas dinner with Nicolette, Corinne, and Julia was successful once again.
this year we had Chicken Corn Chowder, Corinne and Julia's Salad (since I don't know what it's called), Potato Gratin, Cheese Sausage Pasta, and Chicken Burritos/ Wrap.
not as lavish as last last year's but still equally as nice :D

I taught them how to play Spades!
and it was goood catching up with them once again (:

So anyways Jacqueline's Year End chalet was prettaye fun too,
I would think the highlight would be the Taupoking sessions with heavy casualties (I never said it was Amanda (: )

Great meeting up with most of the class after not seeing them for 3213213123 days,
I watched Twilight for the 2nd time,
went to Wild Wild Wet for the 1st time in the year,
and had our all time favourite Overnight cycling to Geylang.

I think Salad and I have quite a knack for cycling (:
and I still very much believe that a women's intuition beats the GPS,
at the very least,
it won't run out of battery ;)

Council farewell was the bomb as well.
the sec threesfours did a really goood job in planning the event.
and Madeline Chan's brilliant idea of Saybons instead of the usual buffet dinner!
very nice! I likeeeee.

I can't believe I'm saying this,
but a part of me is sooo gonna miss Council.
But I'm going to help out for Orientation tomorrow (:

and finally New Year Party was great time spent catching up with the Small Group,
Yaan Meng's house is like HUGEEEEE.

I particularly like his entrance toilet and his Bean Bag chair actually.
HAHAHA.
so we played Rock Band, Bridge, Piggg, Taiti, Pool and we went for WatchNight service together.

by then I was close-to-dead already so I fell asleep while the others played more RockBand.

oh I've thought of one resolution for '09,
to make my Christmas Cards on time ;)
